Green Jobs for 16-24 year olds

Wednesday, March 18, 2009 by Craig Zamary
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is looking to provide green jobs by training and employing young adults between the ages of 16-24 years old in the state of California. This is part of the new California Green Corps, a statewide effort to train young adults to work in the state's fledgling green-tech industry.

Green Jobs Corp - California Solar installers

The idea is to create a 20-month pilot program in at least 10 locations to train at least 1,000 people for jobs such as solar-panel installation and sheet-metal manufacturing for wind turbines, Schwarzenegger said.

I think more programs like this will start launching throughout the country, especially since the US currently leads the world in Wind Power and is looking to also lead in Solar Power as well.  The current tax credits and incentives for Solar and Wind Energy will help create more installations for home owners, businesses and require a skilled work force to handle these green jobs. We will follow this story and keep you up to date on their progress.

I had got a desire to begin my business, nevertheless I didn't have enough of money to do this. Thank goodness my close friend suggested to utilize the business loans. Hence I received the consolidation loans and realized my dream.
